Well everywhere, everywhere in Australia that is, we have cigar loving customers all over this beautiful country, from Bunbury to Ballina and Cairns to Tassie, if you love cigars we’ll send them to you with our rockstar shipping.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can make payment using bank transfers, paypal and bitcoin
How long will delivery take?
We pride ourselves on our rockstar shipping! We know you want your cigars as quickly as possible, so we ship it as quickly as possible, if you place your order by 5pm Eastern Standard Time we will ship out your order that day. We also offer the cheapest Express Post shipping in Australia, if you spend over $180, you can get Express Post shipping for $8.37.
What are your returns policy?
Our returns policy is simple, ‘if you don’t want it, we don’t want you to have it.’ What this means is, if for any reason you are not 100% Satisfied we will give you a full refund on return of the goods, no questions asked.
I’m fact with the Big Bold Brazen Guarantee, we even go one step further. If you purchase a Box of Cigars from us and don’t like the first cigar you smoke, just let us know, return the whole box and we’ll refund you for the whole box including the cigar you smoked…yes, crazy I know!
How are the cigars stored before I buy them.
We love cigars just as much as you do and keeping them in perfect conditions is so very important, all of our cigars are stored in our humidity controlled walk in humidors in our warehouse. You can rest assured that our cigars are kept perfectly and treated with the utmost care.
